Anforderungen

  • Creative production or producer experience, covering pre-production, production, and post-production, or eagerness to learn the entire process
  • Leadership, motivation, and mentoring of creative teams, taking responsibility for project outcomes
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, anticipating challenges and driving projects independently
  • Professional presence, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, maturity, reliability
  • Hands-on technical experience in creative production, including direction, video editing, and basic camera work

  • Oversee end-to-end production
  • Manage pre-production planning
  • Supervise filming and post-production
  • Ensure timely and budgeted project delivery
  • Lead and inspire the creative team
  • Supervise producers, editors, and creatives
  • Foster team collaboration and growth
  • Coordinate with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with copywriting, marketing, and brand teams
  • Translate creative concepts into production plans
  • Maintain project alignment
  • Manage resources and schedules
  • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers
  • Optimize workflow and meet deadlines
  • Review and approve production outputs
  • Ensure brand standards and creative briefs are met
  • Provide constructive feedback and creative guidance
