- •3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- •At least 1 year in a sales leadership role in high-growth SaaS
- •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- •Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
- •Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
- •High motivation, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
- •Fluency in German and English
