Anforderungen

- In-depth understanding of end-to-end production and procurement processes
- Technical SAP expertise with solid grasp of SAP ecosystem, architecture, and strategy
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, customizing, configuration, and system integration
- Knowledge of IBP, PP/DS, Ariba, MES systems, and Variant Configuration is highly beneficial
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate in international environments
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a global, multidisciplinary team
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with business counterparts
- Proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and own execution
- Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
- Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
- Language: English (UK)
Aufgaben
- Oversee daily operations of the SAP P2P landscape
- Lead support, change, and project activities for SAP modules
- Steer a team managing MM, PP, QM, IBP, PP/DS, MES, Ariba, and Variant Configuration
- Provide leadership for a diverse global team of consultants and partners
- Set direction for SAP P2P-related modules and development paths
- Collaborate with the Global Head of SAP and regional teams on initiatives
- Manage S/4HANA and related applications for Plan-to-Product and Procure-to-Pay
- Drive continuous improvement and system optimization through SAP expertise
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable value
- Ensure compliance with security standards and SAP template guidelines
