Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally Master’s or L.L.M.
• Experience in international tax matters
• Exposure to fund structuring and management
• Analytical skills and priority management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Proactive mindset and organizational skills
• Teamwork skills and self-motivation
• Fluency in English
• Communication skills, assertiveness, and trustworthiness

Aufgaben

• Support ongoing EU and U.S. tax matters
• Assist investment teams with tax due diligence
• Support investment teams with tax structuring
• Provide related tax provisions to investor teams
• Assist with annual multi-jurisdictional tax compliance
• Coordinate and review external advisor tax returns
• Arrange tax reporting for investors
• Support FATCA and CRS matters
• Submit annual AEOI reporting
• Review W-8 and W-9 forms
• Establish operational tax procedures and controls
• Oversee operational tax procedures and controls
• Assess international and domestic tax rule changes
• Evaluate tax rule impacts on the company
• Manage ad hoc tax projects and processes
