Anforderungen
- University degree in Law, Finance or Economics
- Additional tax qualification (e.g. Swiss Certified Tax Expert or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate taxation
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in tax compliance/reporting
- Experience in a law firm or consulting environment
- In-house corporate tax experience
- Familiarity with international tax frameworks
- Familiarity with recent international tax developments
- Experience with Pillar II / OECD Global Minimum Tax (plus)
- Solid understanding of Swiss corporate tax regulations
- Exposure to other jurisdictions (advantageous)
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- German language skills (advantage)
- Self-starter with proactive mindset
- Collaborative spirit
Aufgaben
- Support the Head of Tax in managing international tax matters
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with international tax requirements
- Prepare and review corporate income tax filings
- Prepare and review VAT filings
- Prepare and review Swiss stamp duty filings
- Implement and maintain Pillar II / OECD Global Minimum Tax requirements
- Coordinate Pillar II / OECD Global Minimum Tax compliance
- Document Pillar II / OECD Global Minimum Tax compliance
- Support Pillar II / OECD Global Minimum Tax compliance processes
- Coordinate with external tax advisors in Switzerland and internationally
- Coordinate with external auditors in Switzerland and internationally
- Coordinate with tax authorities in Switzerland and internationally
- Support the tax function in day-to-day operations
- Support the legal function in day-to-day operations
- Support the transfer pricing function in day-to-day operations
- Act as a key point of contact for structuring teams
- Act as a key point of contact for finance teams
- Act as a key point of contact for accounting teams
- Provide guidance on tax practices
- Ensure consistent tax practices across the organization
