  • Serve as strategic consultant to P&C BP Enterprise
  • Provide guidance on internal leadership talent
  • Advance inclusion and belonging in leadership pipelines
  • Ensure wide representation of backgrounds and perspectives
  • Leverage advanced data analytics tools
