Aufgaben
- Define hiring needs with the team
- Write and post job descriptions
- Build and manage the hiring pipeline
- Run the hiring process end to end
- Close candidates
- Hire and manage specialist recruiters
- Develop and lead the recruiting team
- Manage the inbound applicant pipeline
- Ensure strong candidates are not overlooked
- Schedule and coordinate work trials
- Match work trials to the right internal stakeholders
- Create a positive candidate experience during work trials
- Pitch the company mission to candidates
- Enhance and optimize the ATS (Ashby)
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments
- Help define and refine hiring criteria
- Build organizational structures related to hiring
- Develop leveling and compensation bands
- Design interview processes
- Create onboarding programs
- Manage offer processes
- Handle scheduling when necessary
- Work with founders to determine hiring priorities
- Ensure hiring processes are fast and efficient
