- Proven track record hiring specialized technical profiles
- Excellent English communication skills
- Success with proactive sourcing
- Hands-on experience running end-to-end hiring processes
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical problem spaces
- Comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving environment
- High ownership and execution mindset
- High integrity and discretion
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Direct experience hiring for robotics
- Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
- Previous experience with Workable or similar ATS
Aufgaben
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
- Build the Flexion Employer Brand with the team
- Represent the Flexion Employer Brand internally and externally
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels
- Maintain a steady flow of high-quality talent
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and fit
- Ensure efficient candidate movement through the process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Own offer processes end-to-end
- Prepare and present offers
- Handle offer negotiations
- Close candidates
- Keep ATS and recruiting tools up to date
- Ensure accurate tracking of candidates, stages, and feedback
- Work with HR/People operations for smooth onboarding handover
- Prepare basic reports on pipeline health
- Prepare basic reports on time-to-hire
- Prepare basic reports on process bottlenecks
