- Completed study up to 4 years in aeronautical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in areas of responsibility
- First experience in Safety and Reliability Engineering in aviation
- First experience in Aircraft Systems and Safety processes, regulations, guidelines (ARP 4761, ARP 4754A)
- Target-oriented with analytic problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Ability to perform several System safety tasks in parallel
- Team player
- Organized and autonomous person
- Good communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good written and spoken German
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
- Security clearance might be required
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Generate and review safety assessments and analyses for aircraft systems
- Support system design teams and suppliers to align with safety objectives
- Track and document safety-related requirements throughout development
- Review documentation for compliance with in-service fleet safety requirements
- Identify basic safety considerations for system development or modification
- Manage input and output with interfacing technical domains and technology
- Document and report findings in coordination with experienced safety engineers
