Anforderungen
- MSc or equivalent degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant job experience in mechatronics engineering
- Generalist with ability to work with equations and people
- Hands-on mentality for turning designs into hardware, mastering production and test challenges
- Operational drive for efficient delivery in industrial operations
- Ability to work under high schedule pressure while fostering productivity
- In-depth knowledge of spacecraft components, system engineering methods, data analysis, environmental testing
- English language proficiency
- Knowledge of German is an asset
Aufgaben
- Serve as the technical lead for mechatronic spacecraft systems, covering recurring products and new developments.
- Lead a technical project team of experts in analysis, testing, electrical engineering, design, and materials.
- Assess customer needs, generate ideas, and optimize solutions.
- Solve problems to ensure quality, time, and cost delivery.
- Prepare component specifications and collaborate with suppliers.
- Coordinate design and analysis activities, and conduct engineering work.
- Support production and test activities, and evaluate test results.
- Establish and review complex technical documentation and data packs.
- Support and negotiate with customers in technical meetings and reviews.
