Aufgaben
- Scout smart technologies to identify innovative solutions
- Analyze potential, challenges, and risks for HARMAN Automotive
- Develop concepts and analyze portfolios for new technologies
- Benchmark innovative technologies and conduct feasibility analyses in pilot projects
- Communicate project results while aligning with HARMAN strategy and guidelines
- Track project progress and benefits, identifying further potentials
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building across the organization
- Solve complex research and technical problems
- Document and present work results to management and stakeholders
- Recommend best practices to enhance products, technologies, and processes
- Monitor and report key performance indicators
- Optimize internal processes and maintain databases
- Create presentations and documentation
- Organize specialist conferences and in-house trade fairs
- Provide instruction and support to students and trainees
- Manage research projects in HARMAN Automotive
- Acquire and apply for funding projects at various levels
- Administer and lead national and international projects
- Prepare project outlines, descriptions, and application documents
- Submit funding requests and interim reports
- Communicate with team members and external research partners
- Handle research-oriented work packages
- Report internally to management and evaluate completed projects
