As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will oversee key initiatives, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless supply chain operations.

Anforderungen

• •Technical or Economics University Degree
• •Several years of relevant business experience in at least one Supply Chain function
• •Project management skills and capability to handle multiple cross-functional initiatives
• •Strong implementation skills and ability to manage complexity
• •High level of communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• •Strong result orientation and performance focus with strong motivation
• •Reliability, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
• •Pragmatic, solution-driven, proactive, and assertive approach
• •Ability to drive change and strive for continuous improvement
• •Fluency in English, second language in German advantageous

Aufgaben

• •Lead multi-project management for New Product Launch and Supply Chain Transfer projects
• •Spearhead cross-functional Supply Chain Teams to drive performance
• •Contribute Supply Chain expertise to NPL Project Core Teams
• •Define and orchestrate work packages across cross-functional teams
• •Secure change, quality, and risk management protocols in projects
• •Serve as the interface between Supply Chain functions and NPL process
• •Act as the central contact for cross-functional Supply Chain topics
• •Liaise with Marketing for all Supply Chain-related inquiries
