- Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and capabilities
- Prepare and manage the monthly global S&OP cycle in SAP IBP
- Ensure data readiness for S&OP cycle
- Maintain planning templates
- Validate master data and constraints
- Align and communicate S&OP calendar with financial planning
- Coordinate deadlines across global planning community
- Organize, prepare, and facilitate key monthly S&OP meetings
- Ensure clear follow-ups and accountability for actions
- Translate global demand into feasible supply, inventory, and production plans
- Respect capacity and network constraints in planning
- Develop and evaluate multiple planning scenarios
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Optimize overall business outcomes
- Align forecasts and assumptions with Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Ensure seamless transition from planning to execution
- Prepare and facilitate global S&OP meeting
- Present key insights and performance updates
- Present the aligned mid-term plan
- Drive capability building across the organization
- Plan and deliver S&OP process and SAP IBP trainings
- Enhance training materials
- Develop supporting content like guides and tutorials
- Ensure S&OP process and system documentation is accurate and up to date
- Act as key point of contact for local planners
- Provide second-level support to local planners
- Ensure quality and consistency of global planning outputs
- Foster collaboration within the global S&OP community
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions
- Contribute as a subject matter expert
- Create and distribute relevant updates, guidelines, and instructions
- Monitor and evaluate market performance using S&OP scorecard
- Manage SAP IBP system issues
- Coordinate with IT for SAP IBP system fixes
- Validate SAP IBP fixes through structured testing
- Identify and prioritize SAP IBP system enhancements
- Track SAP IBP implementation progress
- Ensure SAP IBP system reflects latest supply network design
- Contribute to standardization of global S&OP process
- Support distribution partner markets
- Enable adoption of SAP IBP
- Assist in optimizing safety stock strategies
- Balance availability and inventory levels
