- Hands-on, self-sufficient, and proactive problem-solving
- Adaptability in fast-moving, undefined environments
- Experience in supplier management and negotiations
- Strong problem-solving and inefficiency identification skills
- Experience with inventory management and logistics fulfillment
- Experience with project management
- Fluency in English and German
- Spanish or French skills (plus)
- Valid EU Class B driver's licence (plus)
- Background in hardware, manufacturing, medtech, or deep-tech
- Industry knowledge across medical, fresh produce, or industrial supply chains
- Existing network of vendors and logistics providers
- Experience scaling operations in international markets
- Bachelor's degree
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end supply chain for international goods and services
- Onboard new suppliers and order equipment
- Oversee delivery management and warehousing
- Perform goods inspections and commission service providers
- Coordinate last-mile transportation and logistics
- Manage import, export, and customs documentation
- Provide hands-on support at customer sites when required
- Assess inefficiencies and implement corrective measures
- Drive continuous process improvements to support scaling
- Support make-or-buy decisions and procurement strategies
- Create and manage vendor contracts
- Manage hardware, software, and service vendors
- Process R&D component change requests via Jira
- Collaborate with Field Ops, BD, Support, and R&D
- Consolidate data and build clean reporting structures
- Automate supply chain reporting and processes
