Anforderungen

- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management
- Ability to analyze and interpret planning, inventory, and supply data
- Proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment in supply chain
- Success managing multi-warehouse or multi-country planning operations
- Experience in e-commerce environment
- Willingness to work at least three days per week from office
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning
- Ensure accurate forecasts and optimal inventory levels
- Maintain strong product availability across markets and warehouses
- Drive inventory performance by minimizing out-of-stock risks
- Improve stock rotation and manage forced purchases
- Embed data-driven forecasting and planning processes
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy and efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity
- Mitigate risks and strengthen operational collaboration
- Lead and develop a team of 5 direct and 35 indirect reports
- Foster capability building and high performance
- Act as a key connector across the organization
- Drive strong internal stakeholder management
- Align demand, supply, and operational priorities
- Partner with Commercial Operations, Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, and Pharma Operations
- Ensure seamless coordination of demand plans, supply continuity, and warehouse capacities
- Engage with senior leadership on planning strategies and performance targets
