- Self-starter, enjoys problem-solving and process improvement
- Understands customer centricity and applies it with Business Partners
- Understands value of effective time management and prioritization
- Travel, Tour & Activity industry experience is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and one additional European language
Aufgaben
- Support local sales teams across 14 offices
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to resolve supply issues
- Educate suppliers on platform updates and tools
- Train local sales teams on internal systems and processes
- Lead internal process improvement projects
- Conduct BPO training
- Monitor price, availability, and quality of inventory
- Support new product creation on the platform
- Answer partner emails and questions
- Facilitate supplier onboarding and success
