- Develop and manage a team of 20-25 employees
- Strive for safety and quality in all tasks
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Coordinate team activities with SR Technics stakeholders
- Promote a positive safety culture
- Communicate and implement safety and quality policies
- Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives, manuals, and documentation
- Lead a multi-cultural team
- Foster performance, engagement, and a positive work environment
- Set and follow up on performance targets
- Apply performance management processes
- Motivate employees through structured follow-ups
- Plan and allocate resources for high productivity
- Monitor labor efficiency
- Drive personnel development and skill management
- Conduct on-the-job training and performance evaluations
- Ensure qualifications and certifications are up-to-date
- Promote continuous improvement using Lean principles and 5S
- Achieve organizational targets and KPIs
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Prepare for and ensure implementation of corrective actions
