In this role, you will oversee daily operations on the GTF Module Line, ensuring that safety and quality standards are met while coordinating with various teams. You will also focus on developing your team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance
• •5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician
• •Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and safety standards
• •Proven ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
• •Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems
• •English B2+ proficiency
• •Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Lead daily operations on the GTF Module Line
• •Organize people, parts, and methods for module build and teardown
• •Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people targets are met
• •Act as point of contact for authorities and customers
• •Secure compliance with methods
• •Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Material
• •Protect the schedule and resolve blockers
• •Develop the team through on-the-job training and performance feedback
• •Drive 5S and Lean initiatives for station balance and takt adherence
• •Monitor WIP limits and first-time yield
• •Report module status with clear KPIs
• •Escalate risks early and propose recovery plans
