Aufgaben
- Lead daily operations on the GTF Module Line
- Organize people, parts, and methods for module build and teardown
- Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people targets are met
- Act as point of contact for authorities and customers
- Secure compliance with methods
- Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Material
- Protect the schedule and resolve blockers
- Develop the team through on-the-job training and performance feedback
- Drive 5S and Lean initiatives for station balance and takt adherence
- Monitor WIP limits and first-time yield
- Report module status with clear KPIs
- Escalate risks early and propose recovery plans
