- Plan and commission scalable AGV systems
- Integrate AGVs with ERP, MES, and WMS systems
- Ensure IT and cybersecurity compliance
- Optimize transport routes and system layouts
- Configure charging and buffer zones
- Manage maintenance and system availability
- Analyze faults and implement corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with VDI 2710 standards
- Monitor and optimize AGV system performance
- Coordinate between production, logistics, and external partners
- Train employees on safe AGV usage
- Update master data and control logic
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Conduct risk assessments for human-machine environments
