- First hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, similar)
- Sense for clear and appealing visualizations
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, R, API, Shell, Bash)
- Experience with GitHub and AI
- First experience with Databases
- SQL is a must (MS SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle, ...)
- Curiosity about AI-driven analytics
- Enjoyment working with AI tools (Copilot, etc.)
- Interest or first experience with Databricks (Lakehouse)
- Enjoy structured work and documentation
- Enjoy supporting users

- Create dashboards and reports

- Contribute to BI governance activities
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the BI community
