- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Advanced presentation and corporate report creation skills
- Success influencing investment decisions and driving business outcomes
- Analytical focus on detail, accuracy, and strategic thinking
- Experience with Autonomous Vehicles (Desired)
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Act as primary project owner for European AV Program
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal and global stakeholders
- Drive project timelines and manage complex workstreams
- Identify risks and ensure successful AV initiative delivery
- Facilitate communication and alignment with local and global partners
- Develop and execute AV strategy and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and explore beyond mobility innovations
- Support yearly and quarterly strategy planning processes
- Create regular Supervisory Board Reports and All-Hands materials
- Provide ad-hoc support for Senior Management Team requests
- Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects as required
- Handle organizational changes, M&A activities, and go-to-market strategies
- Research business opportunities and support sustainability initiatives
