Aufgaben
- Manage strategic procurement for defined series product groups
- Analyze product groups for cost structures, specifications, supplier portfolios, risks, and dependencies
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve product group strategies for series supply
- Continuously reduce series costs through value engineering, design to cost approaches, and collaboration with development, quality, and suppliers
- Manage suppliers in the series environment: selection, evaluation, development, and long-term partnerships
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and framework agreements including terms, durations, and security mechanisms
- Ensure series supply capability through second source strategies, obsolescence management, capacity, and risk assessments
- Implement and enhance TE Group standards and programs with a focus on site-specific series business requirements
- Maintain prices, contracts, and master data in the ERP system
