- Experience in global organizations with strong governance and compliance
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Professional working proficiency in Italian
Aufgaben
- Execute complex sourcing initiatives
- Lead RFx processes and negotiations
- Select suppliers based on category strategies
- Apply sourcing levers and commercial structuring
- Develop award recommendations with financial analysis
- Manage a portfolio of sourcing projects
- Prioritize execution based on risk and urgency
- Report status, risks, and value delivery
- Operationalize category strategies into sourcing events
- Provide feedback on supplier performance
- Support standardization of sourcing approaches
- Ensure compliance with governance and controls
- Integrate supplier risk considerations
- Coordinate with Contracting CoE, Legal, and Finance
- Act as commercial lead for sourcing initiatives
- Partner with Facilities, Engineering, and Operations
- Provide clear, structured recommendations
- Influence outcomes in a global, matrixed environment
