Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • 8+ years professional experience
  • At least 5 years in digital project management, transformation, or technology-driven business roles
  • Experience in automotive or mobility environments
  • Strong project management expertise
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in digital infrastructure
  • Experience in payment solutions
  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Experience in financial process automation
  • Solid understanding of automotive sales processes
  • Solid understanding of digital customer journeys
  • Solid understanding of mobility business models
  • Experience implementing AI-driven business solutions
  • Experience implementing data-driven decision-making frameworks
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Stakeholder management across business, technology, finance, legal, and operational functions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to drive change in large corporate environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Fluent in English

Aufgaben

  • Lead digital projects and provide technology and process perspectives
  • Improve automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across the customer journey
  • Shape Hyundai’s mobility ecosystem through innovation, AI, and process excellence
  • Lead strategic digital transformation projects in mobility, vehicle subscription, and sales infrastructure
  • Drive automation and optimization of sales, financial, and operational processes in European markets
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving Sales, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
  • Lead initiatives for ERP enhancements, e-invoicing, payment infrastructure, and financial automation
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Analyze business processes to identify cost reduction, revenue growth, and productivity improvement opportunities
  • Ensure seamless data flows, system integration, security, and compliance across multiple platforms and stakeholders
  • Act as project lead for strategic infrastructure enhancements supporting all sales channels
  • Develop management reporting and business insights for data-driven decision-making
  • Manage strategic partnerships with e-commerce, banking, insurance, and technology providers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the long-term digital roadmap
