- Manage indirect spend for ITO and BPO categories
- Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives
- Establish and maintain robust stakeholder relationships
- Oversee day-to-day sourcing projects for multiple clients
- Lead sourcing initiatives from $1M to over $1Bn
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis
- Run professional market tenders
- Negotiate commercial terms for optimal outcomes
- Draft contracts using standard terms and conditions
- Lead cross-functional deal teams
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders on complex deals
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor market trends for assigned categories
- Contribute insights to sourcing plans and assessments
- Utilize defined sourcing tools and corporate standards
- Identify and implement client saving opportunities
- Mentor and coach experienced team professionals
- Support the team with complex deal structures
