Strategic Commercial Partnerships Manager(m/w/x)
Developing pan-European strategic partnerships with manufacturers for integrated healthcare products. 10+ years managing large commercial partnerships required. C-level engagement, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Anforderungen
- University degree in business, economics, life sciences, supply chain, or related fields
- 10+ years managing large commercial partnerships or key accounts
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred, adjacent industries considered
- Strong strategic, commercial, and negotiation skills
- Effective engagement at C-level
- Customer-oriented with focus on long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- International environment experience
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong personal drive and accountability
- Structured, results-driven, team-oriented working style
- Experience in matrix organizations
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluent English required
- Additional European languages a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage and develop pan-European strategic partnerships
- Build long-term relationships with manufacturers
- Drive value creation in PHOENIX’s physical and digital products
- Analyze and reassess partner needs and opportunities
- Manage commercial negotiations and contracts
- Support country-level negotiations
- Co-create and execute commercial strategies and campaigns
- Identify and deliver joint value-generating initiatives
- Coordinate multi-market tenders and proposals
- Lead cross-functional, cross-country project teams
- Ensure alignment and compliance with PHOENIX countries
- Plan and execute C-level meetings and partner summits
- Prepare high-impact presentations and materials
- Manage CRM data and performance tracking
- Drive innovation in PHOENIX pharmacy concepts
- Support franchise models and partnership programs
