- •Several years experience in Sales or Commercial Development
- •Experience within FMCG environment ideally
- •Intercultural competence and international experience
- •Business-fluent English skills
- •German or additional languages advantageous
- •Goal-oriented and analytical working style
- •Independent and proactive work approach
- •Clear communication and strong drive
- •Proficiency in Nielsen, IRI, GfK, or Drotax
- •Skill in visualizing insights in PowerPoint
- •Experience with MS Office products
- •Ability to think outside the box

- •Develop and expand the international Discounter channel strategy
- •Lead European business development projects for Discounters
- •Connect various categories and markets
- •Execute new business approaches quickly
- •Build channel expertise across international markets
- •Design and conduct hands-on training sessions
- •Establish active knowledge transfer for the Discount Channel
- •Collaborate with Commercial Development teams
- •Create and design high-impact channel presentations
- •Oversee the Variety Retail subchannel
- •Develop cross-country growth plans
- •Drive international implementation of growth strategies
