- •2+ years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- •Ability to connect manufacturing challenges with solutions
- •Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools
- •Persistent and motivated
- •Familiarity with manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 concepts
- •Outbound prospecting or lead generation experience in manufacturing or industrial technology sectors
- •Knowledge of edge computing, IoT, or industrial automation solutions
- •Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger Sales, SPIN, or Sandler
- •UK National highly desired
