Anforderungen
- •10+ years of relevant work experience
- •5+ years in Management/Business Process Consulting
- •Experience in SaaS Sales, In-house Consulting, or similar areas
- •Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- •Engagement with C-level executives
- •Strong business acumen and understanding of key processes and KPIs
- •Solid understanding of the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry
- •Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- •Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- •Positivity, creative thinking, and growth mindset
- •Willingness to be collaborative and inclusive
- •Strong interpersonal skills
- •Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
