Aufgaben
- Lead daily stock activities with the team
- Coordinate and develop the Fashion Stockist team
- Ensure team understands CHANEL’s strategy and procedures
- Onboard and train new team members
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to the team
- Organize team briefings to foster collaboration
- Plan and allocate team resources effectively
- Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with Boutique teams for a cohesive client experience
- Oversee stock operations, including deliveries and reservations
- Manage communication for incoming deliveries
- Ensure accurate inventory management and rotations
- Conduct regular stock analysis to inform sales
- Propose process improvements for supply systems
