- Develop and deliver Stewardship activities
- Conduct direct and collaborative engagements with corporate issuers on strategic ESG issues
- Develop and drive thematic engagement topics
- Participate in proxy voting activities by identifying and analysing critical general meetings
- Support the operational aspects of proxy voting activities
- Maintain robust engagement records
- Contribute actively to RfPs, proxy voting reports for clients and annual reviews
- Contribute to high-quality ESG and Stewardship-related research
- Conduct sectoral ESG analysis
