- Proven delivery across full IC development cycle
- Knowledge in stage‑gate developments and change management
- IATF 16949 and/or ISO 26262 as a plus
- Business-fluent English
- German language skills as an advantage
- IPMA Level C or similar certification
- Advanced MS Project, JIRA, and Microsoft 365
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
Aufgaben
- Lead semiconductor IC projects from concept to mass production
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
- Orchestrate deliverables across design, test, validation, and operations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and IATF 16949 standards
- Drive comprehensive project, resource, and cost planning
- Monitor critical paths and manage project dependencies
- Prevent scope creep and manage execution deviations
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation actions
- Process change requests and assess impact on project goals
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders
- Resolve conflicts and align diverse cross-functional teams
- Escalate unresolved issues with clear recommendations for leadership
- Use data and engineering evidence to steer decisions
- Develop and improve project management methodologies
