- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, with senior enterprise stakeholders; fluent English
- Background in financial services, fintech, or wealth management
- Experience with executive compensation or employee share purchase schemes
- Prior experience with equity management platforms
Aufgaben
- Own Share & Fund Plans portfolio
- Lead major international pensions & savings program in Q3
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Translate enterprise requirements into product decisions
- Conduct discovery on share and fund plan structures
- Collaborate with product leadership on strategy
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and SMEs for specifications
- Contribute to PM best practices and AI fluency
- Define and track success metrics
- Onboard with an onboarding buddy
- Learn Ledgy's equity management platform
- Shadow customer calls and review RFPs
- Contribute to roadmap discussions
- Own client relationship for Q3 pensions & savings program
- Understand program requirements and dependencies
- Communicate scope, risks, and delivery plan
- Master Ledgy's value proposition and competitive landscape
- Participate in strategic discussions on product scaling
- Lead roadmap planning for Share & Fund Plans
- Establish co-build engagement model
- Refine go-to-market narrative with Product Marketing and Sales
- Research core markets for equity comp standards
