- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and positive energy
Aufgaben
- Own the presentation layer and interaction quality of major product areas
- Design refined, scalable UI patterns for complex workflows
- Enhance visual clarity and cohesion through layout, typography, and color
- Collaborate with Design Systems to evolve components and patterns
- Drive design work from concept to execution with Product Management and Engineering
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, elegant interfaces
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure fidelity in shipped UI
- Provide thoughtful critique to elevate the visual design standard
- Base UI and interaction decisions on customer needs and usability feedback
- Evaluate existing experiences to identify improvement opportunities
- Measure post-launch outcomes and refine visual and interaction details
