Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and automated reports
- Track inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, shipping performance
- Monitor contact rate and other key metrics
- Partner with operations, engineering, product, and finance teams
- Support data-driven decisions for supply chain optimization
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify operational inefficiencies
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and customer experience improvements
- Implement data quality and governance practices
- Collaborate with US analytics to promote best practices
- Support experimentation (A/B tests) for supply chain and ecommerce
- Contribute to the growth of the international team
