- 3-5 years relevant experience in Proteomics
- Experience preferably in biotech, life science, diagnostic or pharmaceutical industry (or academia post PhD)
- 2+ years experience in IVD (medical devices)
- Experience designing and executing complex experiments
- Experience performing quantitative data analysis
- Experience interpreting results to guide next-phase studies
- Demonstrated success leading projects or technical innovation
- Experience in a biotech, pharma, or other scientific environment
- Currently authorized to work in country of performance
- Ability to travel 10% of working time
Aufgaben
- Lead advanced scientific projects in LC-MS-based Proteomics
- Design, execute, and interpret complex experiments
- Integrate findings to advance scientific understanding
- Guide development of new methods, technologies, or products
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as a technical expert and innovator
- Plan and execute complex LC-MS-based proteomics experiments
- Develop innovative approaches for product or research initiatives
- Mentor junior scientists and guide project teams
- Analyze and interpret complex Proteomics (LC-MS) data
- Identify project risks and offer actionable recommendations
- Drive process innovation and method development
- Implement new LC-MS technologies
- Author detailed technical reports and scientific communications
- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge in Proteomics and Biomarker-discovery
- Influence project direction and strategic research objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal quality requirements
- Uphold company mission and values
- Support and comply with Quality Management System policies
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Model inclusion and diversity behaviors
