- Passion for solving complex problems and designing for technical users
- Provide portfolio link with 1-2 complex projects aligned with Dynatrace products
- Showcase outcomes, challenges, business needs, role, strategies, processes in portfolio

Aufgaben
- Shape user experience for Application Observability solutions
- Design end-to-end user experiences for distributed tracing, live debugging, and log management
- Work with product managers to understand requirements and advocate for user needs
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and user-friendly
- Conduct user research and testing to understand and validate customer pain points
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency
- Balance system performance, scalability, and usability
