- Proven experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
- Extreme ownership mindset, accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value
- Strong communication skills with senior R&D and executive stakeholders
- Ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles
- Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive R&D products
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
- Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices
- Experience working across global R&D organizations or multi-therapeutic portfolios teams
- Proven experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
- Extreme ownership mindset, accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value
- Strong communication skills with senior procurement and executive stakeholders
- Ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

- Act as the R&D domain expert.
- Act as the solution architect for Aily App modules.
- Own the Aily.r&d client journey.
- Translate R&D routines into product requirements.
- Translate R&D routines into AI decision logic.
- Refine AI model performance.
- Shape the product roadmap.
- Shape future high-impact R&D use cases.
- Lead product deployments.
- Guide R&D data readiness.
- Validate AI through leadership feedback.
- Upskill R&D managers and executives.
- Accelerate client time to value.
- Define AI outcomes.
- Define R&D decision quality standards.
- Co-shape scalable product capabilities.
- Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering teams.
- Partner on R&D operational readiness.
- Define data requirements.
- Own data collection processes.
- Define AI fine-tuning needs.
- Influence product roadmap with client insights.
- Advise clients as R&D domain expert.
- Advise internal Product and AI teams.
- Advise R&D leadership and executives.
- Represent R&D user needs.
- Communicate AI and data topics clearly.
- Communicate assumptions and trade-offs.
- Drive product rollouts.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption.
- Own time to first active user.
- Own time to routine across deployments.
- Upskill R&D users.
- Evangelize R&D users.
- Embed AI into R&D decision-making cadences.
