- Advanced degree in quantitative field (statistics, math, CS, engineering)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical/ML models
- Advanced coding skills for big data (Python, TensorFlow, Hadoop, Spark, SQL)
- Relevant modeling experience (credit scoring, fraud, forecasting, marketing)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
