Aufgaben
- Implement Lean methodologies to eliminate waste
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies
- Conduct training sessions on Lean tools
- Provide hands-on support to employees
- Collaborate with departments on improvement initiatives
- Track progress of Lean initiatives and report outcomes
- Plan and lead Kaizen workshops for continuous improvement
- Create and maintain standardized work instructions
- Lead investigations to determine root causes of process issues
- Support development of quality control systems
- Collaborate with international teams to share best practices
