- Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP

- Superior organization skills and multitasking ability
- Agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct and modern accounting systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Aufgaben
- Manage day-to-day compliance with German GAAP and tax regulations
- Assist with year-end statutory audits and tax returns
- Oversee relationships with outsourced providers for local compliance
- Prepare and account for monthly VAT reporting for German entities
- Ensure completeness of reconciliations between US GAAP and German GAAP
- Support various business operations as needed
- Prepare and post journal entries with proper documentation
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct variance analysis
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on closing matters
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives in accounting
- Provide support for ad hoc projects, financial analysis, and reporting
