- •5+ years of experience in customer or product analytics within B2B SaaS
- •Highly skilled in SQL and data manipulation
- •Experience with dbt, Looker, or similar analytics stacks
- •Fluency in ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, and usage tracking
- •Experience with scoring algorithms or churn forecasting
- •Understanding of modern data warehouses and ETL pipelines
- •Grasp of self-service and sales-enabled SaaS models
- •Enjoyment of testing hypotheses and measuring impact
- •Exposure to companies operating at scale across regions
- •Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning
