  • •Strong drafting skills, commercial mindset, and attention to detail
  • •Practical knowledge of GDPR and EU regulatory considerations relevant to contracts
  • •Comfortable working with international contracts and cross-border transactions

  • •Build strong relationships with key partners in legal, finance, and operations
  • •Consult with Legal on German and EU law and commercial best practices
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • •Analyze contracts for compliance with company policy and regulations
  • •Interpret and respond to terms presented in contracts
  • •Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers
  • •Provide guidance on contract terms, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
  • •Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines
