Aufgaben
- Analyze, design, and implement solutions for business operations
- Support financial, incentive compensation, costing, and revenue management modules
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Financial Modules and other financial systems
- Coordinate with global teams to resolve EMEA and APAC specific issues
- Ensure timely response to EMEA and APAC user inquiries and incidents
- Lead discovery workshops with finance leaders and SMEs
- Translate business processes into Oracle ERP solution design
- Perform fit-gap analysis and process redesign recommendations
- Create target-state documentation
- Create functional deliverables: BRDs/FRDs, process flows, and configuration workbooks
- Create test scenarios and training materials
- Provide functional design and configuration guidance across Oracle Finance Modules
- Advise on accounting structures: COA, ledgers, legal entities, and business units
- Advise on intercompany rules, accounting calendars, and subledger accounting
- Guide the end-to-end lifecycle: design, configure, test, train, cutover, and stabilization
- Partner with technical/integration teams to define functional requirements for integrations
- Define functional requirements for reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize finance operations
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage and coordinate small-scale projects related to EMEA supply chain operations
