- Clean, maintainable Python and SQL; good understanding of REST APIs
- Ability to break down complex problems and abstract into scalable, reusable solutions
- Strong relationship building with technical and business stakeholders; product-centric mindset
- Openness to hybrid work model (at least three days/week in NYC office)
- Experience building AI applications within financial services
- Experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Build advanced agentic products
- Act as product owner for application area
- Design, develop, and deploy robust AI agents
- Partner with Solution and Forward Deployed Engineers
- Understand customer needs during sales and implementation
- Develop standard templates and reusable components
- Reduce time-to-activation for customers
- Synthesize customer feedback into product vision
- Iterate on solutions for scalable use cases
- Work closely with core product team
- Prioritize platform features for application development
- Consult on new feature development
