- •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, or equivalent experience
- •5+ years’ experience in direct sourcing of chemicals or materials businesses
- •Results orientation and international collaboration experience
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Professional negotiation and contracting skills
- •Independent problem solving and decision making
- •Experience in cosmetics or contract manufacturing business
- •Solid understanding of purchasing processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

- •Collaborate with internal functions to clarify specifications and business needs
- •Drive procurement transformation projects to enhance sourcing
- •Support the implementation of new processes and an ERP tool
