- Proven track record in managing projects
- Familiarity with SCRUM, AGILE, and Waterfall methodologies
- Solid understanding of end-to-end processes
- Solid understanding of sourcing approaches
- Solid understanding of cross-GBS services within S2P stream
- Strong communication abilities
- Strong networking abilities
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to foster teamwork
- Ability to drive results
- Applications from persons with severe disabilities warmly welcomed
- Preferential consideration for equally qualified severely disabled applicants
Aufgaben
- Support Head of Sourcing Excellence & Transformation
- Translate global strategies into actionable roadmaps
- Analyze industry and technology trends in S2P domain
- Focus on Sourcing Execution & Contracting solutions
- Shape and evolve GBS Sourcing AI and digitization roadmap
- Identify opportunities for standardization in S2P projects
- Propose and implement performance and automation improvements
- Serve as central interface for demand management
- Collaborate with Heads of Purchasing and Sourcing Area Leads
- Work with GBS PPM and IT partners for alignment
- Lead global, cross-functional projects in matrix organization
- Demonstrate agility, ownership, and solution-oriented mindset
