- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Success in pre-sales or customer-facing software role
- Knowledge of QC process and/or LIMS Master Data
- Experience with QA/Manufacturing software in Pharma/Biotech/MedTech
- Familiarity with QMS, LIMS, MES, PLM systems
- SaaS/Cloud solutions and software technology experience
- Experience in consulting or project implementation
- Fluency in German, Italian, French or other languages
Aufgaben
- Conduct needs analysis to identify customer requirements
- Configure and deliver compelling solution demonstrations
- Apply industry experience to guide customers to best-in-class solutions
- Provide solution-oriented and business value responses
- Deliver presentations for RFPs and RFIs
- Lead workshops and conference room pilots
- Conduct proof of concepts to enhance business processes
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
- Support marketing activities by recording videos
- Present webinars and attend industry events
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
