- Master's degree preferred

- Experience working in Agile teams
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Experience with backlog refinement
- Experience with stakeholder alignment
- Avaloq Certification or Avaloq Knowledge
Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services
- Ensure high standards for reliability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Own critical payment modules end-to-end
- Drive continuous improvement based on operational feedback
- Analyze end-to-end processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Define and implement change proposals
- Elicit and refine requirements with stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories and technical designs
- Ensure alignment on scope, assumptions, and success metrics
- Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and risk/compliance teams
- Shape solution direction and manage dependencies
- Make well-reasoned trade-offs
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation
- Support operational excellence and auditability
- Conduct code reviews and coaching
- Set pragmatic engineering standards
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding
- Own integrations with third-party systems and payment networks
- Ensure robust contracts and backwards compatibility
- Coordinate testing and rollout processes
