- Maintain sound engineering judgement and high code quality
- Strong ownership mindset
- Ability to take features/services from design to production support
- Professional proficiency in English
- French language skills (advantageous)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lausanne office
- Swiss or European citizenship, or valid Swiss work permit
- Experience building software in financial services or fintech industry
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Genuine interest in learning financial domain
